Coming to a beauty studio in a foreign country takes a certain kind of trust.
You are not just booking a service. You are handing someone your face — in a language that may not be your first, in a city you may be visiting for the first time.
If this is your first brow appointment in Korea, the process may feel more detailed than you expected. That is intentional.
My first appointment with you is not just about performing a treatment. It is about making sure the design, technique, and final result are right for your face before anything begins.
Booking Comes First
Your appointment begins before you arrive.
Book through the website by selecting your preferred date, time, and service. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
If you are unsure which service is right for you, reach out via Instagram DM or KakaoTalk before booking. I will help you figure it out before you commit.
English consultation is available throughout — from your first message to your final aftercare question.
Consultation Comes Before Treatment
Once you arrive, the first step is a personal consultation. No exceptions.
This is not a formality. It is where the result is actually built.
This is where I assess what will suit you best — not based on trends, but based on your face.
For brow appointments, I consider:
- face shape and bone structure
- skin tone and undertone — through personal color analysis
- natural brow hair density, direction, thickness, and color
- muscle movement patterns and facial asymmetry
- any previous brow work
- the overall image you want to achieve — strong, soft, professional, natural
Most clients are surprised to learn how asymmetrical their face actually is. This is completely normal. Understanding it is part of designing a brow that actually fits.
The goal is not to give you a "Korean brow" by default. The goal is to design the brow that fits you best.
Design Is Confirmed Before the Procedure Starts
Before any treatment begins, I create the brow design and explain it with you.
That includes:
- shape and balance
- pigment tone
- overall direction of the result
Nothing starts until the design is clearly confirmed.
This is especially important for international clients, because many concerns usually come from misunderstood expectations — not from the procedure itself.
The Procedure — Step by Step
Once the design is confirmed, the treatment begins in a calm and structured order.
The usual process:
- numbing cream application — 20 to 40 minutes depending on your skin
- brow design refinement and final mapping
- your confirmation before any pigment is introduced
- procedure — 20 to 40 minutes depending on technique
- secondary numbing application if needed — 3 to 5 minutes
- final clean-up and result check together
- aftercare cream application
Most brow procedures take approximately 2 to 3 hours in total, including consultation and design.
The pace is not rushed. Because in brow work, precision matters more than speed.
Aftercare Is Explained Before You Leave
Your appointment does not end the moment the procedure is finished.
Before you leave, I explain:
- how your brows may look during healing
- what to avoid during recovery
- how to use the aftercare cream
- when to contact me if needed
You will also receive a healing cream and written aftercare guidance to take home — in English, so nothing gets lost in translation.
If you have questions after your appointment — whether you are still in Seoul or back home — I am reachable via Instagram DM or KakaoTalk.
A touch-up session is recommended 4 to 6 weeks after your initial procedure. If you are visiting Seoul as a tourist, let me know your schedule at booking so we can plan accordingly.
What Most International Clients Notice First
Many international clients tell me the same thing after their first visit:
"It felt more thoughtful and customized than I expected."
That is usually because the process is not built around speed.
It is built around explanation, structure, comfort, precision, and trust.
If it is your first brow appointment in Seoul, that is what you should expect.
Clear consultation.
Custom design.
No guesswork.
